It’s a job management app for Farriers where you can run your entire business from this easy to use mobile app.
Once your subscribed, you can download our app from both the App Store and Google Play. This means the app will work on any Apple or Android phone and tablet. You can also use a mobile web or desktop version if your device doesn’t support the aforementioned app stores
Your customers can download the app once you’ve invited them to the service however, this isn’t compulsory for your customer base. You can still manage their appointments without them using our app

Really easily. Once you have completed an appointment, simply use the quick link button on the relevant appointment from your Home Screen and hit the ‘Create Invoice’ button. From here you can edit any information (if needed) before sending the invoice
Yes!! Each invoice that is sent to your customer will contain an online ‘Pay Now’ link which enables them to clear the invoice using any standard credit or debit card. They will also have the ability to pay you via your usual payment means whether it be bank transfer, cash, cheque and any other means.
When an invoice is overdue, we will automatically send a payment reminder to their app and also via email and SMS (providing you have added an email address and telephone number)

Of course, simply use the quick link (top right corner of the appointment) to send a quick notification to your customer that you’re running late. Alternatively, hit the contact button and call them from within the appointment screen
Simply toggle to the alert tab near the top of the screen on the homepage
Of course! You can add a discreet label to any customer to flag their history of late payments. Your customer will not see this, this is only visible to you. This means that before accept a new appointment, you’ll be able to request overdue invoices are cleared first
